PK77 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using PK77

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and PK77 ("we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing pk77, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, promotional terms or game-specific rules that may be published on the platform from time to time. Where there is a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the more specific terms apply to that promotion only.

PK77 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate it clearly on the platform. Continuing to use pk77 after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2Eligibility & Age Requirements

PK77 is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any service on the pk77 platform, including sports betting, casino games, bingo, promotions and deposits.

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and throughout your use of pk77.
• You must be registering and playing for your own personal use only — not on behalf of another person.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of a pk77 employee.
• You must not have a previously suspended or closed pk77 account that was terminated due to a breach of these Terms.

PK77 may request proof of age at any time. If you are unable to verify your age when requested, pk77 reserves the right to suspend your account and withhold pending withdrawals until verification is completed or to close the account entirely if verification is not provided.

3Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on pk77. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, different email addresses or different phone numbers — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid email address, a working phone number and any other details requested during registration. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

• You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials.
• Do not share your pk77 password with anyone else.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact pk77 support immediately.
• PK77 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Your account is for personal use only and must not be used commercially or on behalf of third parties.

PK77 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. This may include asking for a copy of a government-issued CNIC, proof of address or confirmation of payment method ownership. Accounts that do not pass verification may have withdrawal requests held until the process is completed.

4Deposits & Payments

PK77 accepts deposits in PKR through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and other supported mobile wallets. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. There is no maximum deposit set by pk77 at the platform level, although your chosen payment provider may have its own transaction limits.

All transactions on pk77 are processed in PKR. There are no currency conversion charges applied on pk77's side. Any charges imposed by your bank, mobile network operator or payment provider are outside pk77's control and are your own responsibility.

• Deposits are credited to your pk77 account as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider.
• You must only deposit using a payment method that belongs to you personally.
• Deposits made using a payment method registered to another person will be rejected and refunded where possible.
• PK77 does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activity.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your pk77 account are paid out in PKR to JazzCash or Easypaisa accounts registered in your name, or by bank transfer to a bank account held in your name. PK77 does not send withdrawals to accounts or wallets belonging to other people.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500.
• Withdrawals are processed within the standard processing timeframe displayed on the Deposit page.
• If a bonus was applied to your account, the associated wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawals are processed.
• PK77 may request identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or any large withdrawal.
• Funds deposited but not used in any bets or games may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal.

PK77 does not charge processing fees on withdrawals from our side. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own fees, which are outside our control. Any withdrawal that cannot be completed due to incorrect account details provided by the player is the player's responsibility.

6Bonuses & Promotions

PK77 runs a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, accumulator boosts during PSL and T20 fixtures, and app-exclusive deposit bonuses. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer on the Promotions page.

• Bonuses are credited to your pk77 account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements, qualifying games and minimum odds are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per payment method.
• PK77 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any suspected abuse of promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.

7Sports Betting Rules

PK77 offers sports betting markets across cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football, esports and other sports. All bets placed on pk77 are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed at the time of placing a bet.

• All bets are final once confirmed. PK77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• Bets are settled according to the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body — for cricket this means the ICC, PCB or the relevant board; for PSL it means the official PSL result.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs or declared void by the governing body, pk77 will settle affected bets according to the rules displayed for that market at the time the bet was placed.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to connectivity and system availability. PK77 is not responsible for bets that fail to be confirmed due to a player's internet connection issues.
• PK77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical error or human error in odds compilation.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market apply and are displayed in the relevant betting section.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system delays or arbitrage opportunities across markets in a manner inconsistent with genuine sporting interest is prohibited and may result in bet voidance and account suspension.

8Casino & Games

PK77's game lobby includes slots, live casino games, bingo and table games. All games are provided by third-party game suppliers whose individual game rules apply within each game environment. The general terms below apply to all casino and game activity on pk77.

• All games on pk77 use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino, real dealers streamed in real time.
• Game malfunctions — whether caused by a technical fault in the game software or a connectivity issue — void all pays and plays for the affected round. Stakes are returned to the player's account where the malfunction is confirmed.
• It is the player's responsibility to ensure they understand the rules and paytable of any game before playing. This information is available within each game.
• PK77 reserves the right to remove any game from the lobby at any time without prior notice.
• Bingo games operate according to the specific rules displayed within the Bingo section.

9Responsible Gaming

PK77 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all players. We strongly encourage all players to approach betting and gaming as a form of entertainment rather than a source of income. Set a clear personal budget before you start and stick to it regardless of results.

• PK77 is for players aged 18 and above only. We do not allow minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• Players can set personal deposit limits, loss limits and session time reminders from their account settings.
• Self-exclusion options are available for any player who feels they need a break from the platform.
• Never bet money that is needed for essential expenses such as rent, food, bills or loan repayments.
• Never attempt to chase losses by placing larger or faster bets to recover what you have lost.

10Account Suspension & Closure

PK77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time if we have reason to believe any of the following has occurred:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Creating multiple accounts in an attempt to claim bonuses more than once.
• Evidence of collusion, match-fixing knowledge or exploitation of technical errors.
• Any form of fraudulent activity including chargebacks or disputed transactions.
• Use of the platform by a person under the age of 18.
• Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour directed at pk77 staff or other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds in the account will be held until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a breach, pk77 reserves the right to confiscate any balance including winnings generated during the period of the breach.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily can do so by contacting pk77 support. Closing your account does not cancel any outstanding obligations to pk77 under these Terms.

11Privacy & Data

PK77 collects and processes personal data from players in order to operate the platform, process payments, verify accounts and comply with responsible gaming obligations. The full details of how your data is collected, stored, used and protected are set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• By registering on pk77, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
• PK77 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your payment details are handled securely and are not stored by pk77 beyond what is needed to process your transactions.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data pk77 holds about you by contacting support.

12Changes to These Terms

PK77 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised review date at the top. We encourage all players to check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Where a change is significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active players through a platform notice or communication to the registered contact details on their account. However, it is ultimately the player's responsibility to stay up to date with the current Terms.

Continuing to use pk77 after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should stop using pk77 and contact support to close your account.
